Styon Studio provides AI-powered image generation tools. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for any content you generate, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. 3. Credits and Purchases
The Service may require the purchase of credits to generate images. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change credit package pricing and features at any time.
4. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts you provide and the images generated based on your prompts, subject to the capabilities and limitations of the underlying AI models and any third-party terms. Styon Studio does not claim ownership over your generated content. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Styon Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Styon Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Styon Studio's website, even if Styon Studio or a Styon Studio authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
